I believe Good Old Games (GOG.com) also has it. SimHQ has a forum dedicated to it and some awesome mods that make the cockpit more realistic.  Definitely worth checking out

That game looks cool. I like the symbology. Look almost legit except for being yellow instead of green. I like how you have the windshield wiper on, it's like the least functional thing on the Aircraft. I also like the comment by the "supposed apache pilot" calling the MPD's MHD. I think Kiowa drivers call them MHD's. We don't. Maybe he is british. who knows. He is right, the ENG page is jacked up, but the FCR and TSD pages look right for a block 1 aircraft. The vehicles/aircraft are there to give a more broad "simulation" of joint tactical operations, not as a realistic simulator of any one vehicle. Play the games that cater to what you like. Or play multiple games depending on what mood ur in.... why would I play arma when I want to play a semi realistic flight sim... btw I've played arma its awesome but thats not at all relevant...

@theseamonkeysass , its from 1996 dipshit!! of course the graphics aren't as good! and you can run this on any comp, not some fuckin 600 dollar computer needed for arma2, which you need a 3.0 Ghz processer and a nvidia 9400 Graphics card to run on minimum reqs.

there won't be any other game like AH64D Longbow (Janes) was. Perfect graphics at that time and VERY nice dynamic campaign (u remember the in game movies including TV news) and pilots career (with all those medals, promotions etc.). i know for some sim fans this is not as important as flight models and realism but i really enjoyed that old Janes classic... :)

Please can I just claify this one last time: in Enemy Engaged Comanche Hokum do you just get the RAH-66 and the KA-52 or do you also get the AH-64D and the MI-28?  If not are there mods to add them?

If you have Apache Havoc installed with Comanche Hokum then you can fly all the gunships. The mods aren't really stable so I would use them at your own risk.

THIS IS BEST SIM EVER! DCS: Ka-50 Black Shark! Its not AH-64D but, over a few years, the AH-64 will come out :) U can touch every button in the cockpit! every buttun, its one of the hardest sims ever ( MICROSOFT F.sim is very bad one. Because its just press a button and you can ho )

Try Jane's Longbow 2. That was a very good game. As far as I could tell, it was fairly realistic although you could set to do do things like ID targets for you. It had TADS and radar. If you wanted to ID targts yourself, it had a zoom camera onboard too. Thermal stuff worked too.

@CAOrellana777 The flight sim genre has somewhat died off since it's heyday in the late 80s to mid/late 90s. There was a series centered around the AH64 called Apache Longbow (1 and 2) by Janes. (Janes games had the most awesome manuals EVER. Spiral bound with 100s of pages) They are old and quite dated. There was also BANG! Gunship which I believe was based on the AH64.

DCS by Eagle Dynamics will get an AH64 within a few years. It will be the definitive AH64 sim.
