  • Thank you! The ropes were designed for yoga practice and indeed the centre in which this video was filmed hosts one of the biggest yoga schools in Perth. However we also use the ropes for other (non-yoga) exercise, eg. pull ups.

  • Love your videos, and greatly appreciate them. I am very curious as to the purpose of the ropes on the walls.
