  • @SJPMlover4ever John had family in Scotland and had visited them since he was 9 and John would often "talk in a Scottish accent affectionately, when people lampoon a Scottish accent its taking the mick but with John it was done with a reservoir of affection.

  • I think this is the ONLY Beatles' song where all of them sing verses, they all have their lyrics thats just so fantastic!!! no other Beatles song has that (appart from a few like carry that weight where they all sing in unison, but not individually 1 after the other)
