You can go to the offices and go inside of the building. theres even a rooftop and a lot of space around the building. Some places you can see in some of my other videos.

Press start and go to the challenge map. Then go all the way to the bottom of the selections and there will be one named Downloaded. It should be in there

When you bought this DLC it came with the fantasy factory and some of the old skate parks from the first skate. Just check your challenge map and they should be listed under skateparks.
