Sorry, the name of the song is actually "Leading the Way!" The name can also be called "We are Apple!" but, technically, it is called "Leading the Way!"
Apple played this music, at a Developers Meeting in 1983, befored they played the 1984 Ad, good score, i was a developer for apple. till 1997 then i rejoined in '07 w00t
beautiful...that's what I like about Apple..their whole philosophy is to create something great & cool..I don't think there's a computer company in the world that matches their level of commitment in this area
I have a good news, the imac c2d can have their processor upgraded to qx6850 codenamed Kentsfield XE without changing the cpu socket, the qx6850 have a 3.0 ghz clock speed and 1.33ghz fsb with 8mb cache memory , the qx6850 was sold under core 2 extreme brand
I don't know bout the new design though with the black trim. anybody feel the same? also I wish they didn't shrink the wireless keyboard but I love the use of aluminum.
hey, i have to ask somehting really important!, i have a PC with 2,18 ghz intel core 2 duo processor, but doesn't that mean i have two processors with 2,18 EACH? so altogether i have 4,36 ghz? i can't play games which need a processor of 3,0! this is really stupid! can someone tell me if this means my PC is only 2,18 ghz? that would be stupid! :'(
True that each core is clocked at 2.18 Ghz, but not true that your processor is going at 4.36 Ghz.
Data is indeed being executed more efficiently than a single-core processor but data is going through the two cores instead of one. This results in more data being executed through at one given moment than with a single-core processor.
When a game says that it requires a 3.0 Ghz processor, it means its PERFORMANCE and not its actual clock speed (this applies to most processors). For example, in my PC setup, I have a 2.4 Ghz AMD Athlon 64 3700+ rated at 3.7 Ghz (for AMD processors, just move the decimal point in the processor model (i.e. 3700+) over three spaces to the left to get the performance rating.
Doh. I am 13 and I own a 20" iMac. I also have some friends I switched to the Mac. 24" is too expensive for me. I did consider a Macbook Pro at one point, before realizing that I had no way of ever paying for it. Then I got the 20" iMac since I needed the power.
Im so pumped to get my 20" iMac! I gave up on macbooks after my second one crashed last night after only 1 HOUR. my first one took only 3 days to crash, but 1 hour? come on boys. So apple is sending me a 20" iMac along with a .mac membership and a 2 gig ipod nano (which my dad claimed) but its all good!
Everytime I see these videos I like start to get ready to throw my PC out the window, then remember I can't afford one of those AWESOME macs!!! C'mon family if you're reading this, GET ME A MAC! haaha
the three gig of ram is a waste of cash, if you do upgrade to 3 gig you'll need to do it with 3rd party ram because apple will charge like 1000dollars for it, it has a strange ram configoration.
(wow, for some reasons none of my replies are showing up...)
anyway, an upgraded 20 inch is quite preferrable over a 24 inch stock. unless of course you plan to view the screen from very far distances/can't see good. seriously take some consideration into getting the 20 inch.
