  • WOW THE SHOP LOOKS AWESOME AND ITS GOOD TO SEE YALL BACK FOR REAL

  • "it aint hard tell, I excel, then prevail, the mic is contact that...?"

  • Nas has EVOLVED as an artists and people NEED to reach his level now...Illmatic was damn near 20 years ago. Nas has put out so much GREAT music since then but it seems like some of his fans are still stuck in 1994 LOL! Move on because Nas sure has. This man is winning Emmy Awards for his music and directing skills in his ESPN 'Survival 1' documentary. Nas is being featured in the 2012 Grammy documentary called Re:Generation due to his creativity as an artist.

  • what did dude say at 0:8

  • tim dawg was tripping nas was spitting hard on that track mr butt cheeks get outta here

  • YOU'RE A FUCKING LAME U WOULD NEVER GET MY HAIRCUT AT THAT LAME ASS SHOP U BITCH NIGGA

  • Nas will get his points back when he marry's your chick.

you a idiot though how does he loss points lol stupid. you got negative points nigga

  • Comment removed

  • Nas lost cool points to me when he married Kelis,an then got cleaned out in the divorce,he's still a dope m.c. though.

  • @robertb77 so he lost points to you cuz he married a bitch? nigga that dosent make any fucking sense

  • Id say Nas is sounding more Stillmatic than Illmatic

hes bein what the title is, "Nasty"

But it isnt Illmatic strong yet

  • they not saying anything bout that wig the pastor had on..

  • I also would like to see anybody match an early Nas song with the ingenius nature that surrouned "Who Killed It" off of "HHID" that whole album went over most heads how it pertains to rap and rappers.

  • I been reading tthe comments and i had to jump in and agree wit fam who says Illmatic "isnt" nas at his best. Its his best "overall" album no doubt but (i may catch static) Streets Disciple is LYRICALY superior to Ilmatic and IWW. However the two are better overall albums than "SD" I see Nas sharper later than earlier...Duke the only kat who aint sounding his age. It's like we posed to be getting high lyrical complex content from Lupe like how Nas was early but Nas still killing it.

  • @HolidayHomage you won't get any static from me on that Street's Disciple comment. That album contained a special kind of magic that not too many albums have. It was weird, experimental, but it was fresh and a damn fine album(albet flawed). IMO thats where his album content, and creativity peaked. Creatively and Lyrically songs like "Sekou Story", Message to the Feds, Live Now, Streets Disciple, Nazereth Savage, War, FUCKIN SUICIDE BOUNCE!!!!!!! He was at his most sharp on those songs

  • check out youngsheffdagoat on this beat here you will not be dissapointed!!!

  • wats the name of this instrumental?

  • @JasonAmpah "It Ain't Hard To Tell" by Nas

  • "HALLELUJER!"

    CHUUUUUUUUUUUURCH.

  • thats the same shop or a new location

  • anyone that says nas fell off, is a soulja boy fan.

  • Judging anyone who thinks Nas is wack especially after how dope he rhymed on Nasty

  • Comment removed

  • Nigga sound like Mr. Cheeks.....Mr. ButtCheeks....ROFLAMO!

  • Yo the new shop looks iLL!

  • Nas does sounds like Illmatic again. word up

  • nas done fell off i got all his albums but only listen to illmatic, it was written, stillmatic, lost tapes, and untitled all the rest of them or wack to me

  • @MrMoparownage Untitled came out in 2008 so how he fall off? Did you not hear Distant Relatives?

  • @Antrizzle2009 that was 3 yrs agos? and he rlly didnt rap on distant relatives if u know what i mean if u dont then nvm but i feel as if he's changed so much for the worse as far as his style but keep in mind only an opinion

  • @MrMoparownage What? He really didn't rap? Did you hear Nah Mean? Friends? My Generation? He gets it in on that album. On top of that he's had some bangin tracks this year. From the Mobb Deep song Dog Shit, to the Raekwon song Rich and Black, and Ghetto Dreams with Common, he's starting to sound more like old Nasty Nas. He's getting back to more of that street shit. I mean as much as I love positive preachy Nas, I love his hood shit too.

  • @MrMoparownage i guess u have a good pt but i still feel like he will nvr rlly reach that illmatic lvl imo because i set the bar so high plus he's not living the same lifestyle he was 15-20yrs ago so he's kinda lost things to talk about rlly but in that D.R ik he went in on a good amount of songs and they all had some good content...dont get me wrong im not saying he's garbage or some shit im just saying i dont think he will ever give me that feel i got frm hearin illmatic or it was written...

  • @MrMoparownage

illmatic isn't even nas at his best, and people hold him to that standard.

  • @RelaxednCaIm no offence but are u smoking dope....illmatic is fuckin flawless "bullet holes left in my peep holes im suited up in street clothes hand me a 9 and ill defeat foes" dude illmatic was the dopest album EVER i got 3 copys of it... and of course this is imo but i mean cmon? "thinkin of words best describin my life to name my daughter my strength/my son my star he'll be my resurrection/born in correction all the wrong shit i did he'll lead in right direction" dude CMON! best album EVER!

  • @MrMoparownage

illmatic isn't the dopest album ever, and it's not nas at his best. halftime, represent, and onetime for your mind aren't even to 30 nas songs. the others i would put in his top 20 songs. but deja vu, street dreams remix, take it in blood, black girl lost, if i ruled the world, sinful living, shootouts, the message, suspect, watch dem niggas, i gave you power, silent murder are just as good or better than illmatic songs. and thats just the IWW era.

  • @RelaxednCaIm alright ill give u the halftime song cuz i rlly didnt like that one but represent??? and onetime???? are u kidding he murdered those 2 tracks, and yeah iww is one of my fav albums but dude? the world is yours, it aint hard to tell, ny state of mind, memory lane, and one love are CLASSIC those songs alone made illmatic one of the best albums EVER...and hell nah!! ill be damned if those songs are parallel or better than illmatic songs...

    but IWW was amazing to..

  • @MrMoparownage

not really. it ain't hard to tell was just him using random punchlines. represent is the weakest on illmatic to me. overall he's much better lyrically, in the it was written era. he telling mad stories, had better rhyme patterns, analogies, concepts, and subject matter. bar for bar, nas esco kills nasty nas. people just have some thing with illmatic where they say he never matched it, when he already out did it.

  • @RelaxednCaIm mmm...u got a GOOD point he was alot more clever with his rhyme patterns and stories in IWW but illmatic is just his straight raw format it rlly didnt need a concept behind it...IWW was more of a commercialized album...plus i didnt really like some of the production on IWW.. illmatic was more unique because it had so many DIFFERENT producers working on it...it gave u a mixture of everything...thats y i say illmatic the best the production was amazing and the lyrics were INSANE.

  • @MrMoparownage so you "only" listen to 5 of his albums! You know most cats don't even put out 5 cuz people ain't checkin for them. Nas never fell off lyrically tho, not sayin he hasn't disappointed on some songs/albums, but lyrically he never got lazy like a...Jay Z. I do like Jay, just sayin

  • @TheCardsfan2 yea lol i nvr said that all his songs werent lyrical and didnt have good content im just sayin i dont think (imo) his other albums wasnt good but ik he has alot of good music which is why im not rlly disapointed i still believe and will always believe he is the greatest rapper ever (imo)

  • @MrMoparownage nas aint fall off my boy legends don't fall off

  • Keep puttin up videos yall been quiet for the longest time!!!!

  • Keep the vidz coming....
