What does it and you look like? Where do you see yourself? How do you FEEL in your body when you are at peace with yourself and everything?   • Can you make a vid on how to get of celexia and prozac that would be fantastic. there is one vid on youtube called the road back it is woth watching but they do have somthing to sell .

  • well done Sir, this will help people who suffer. I wish there were people like you around 20 years ago when I started having probs with panic attacks , they just pumped me full of drugs and I put on 60lds. I to this day am still trying to get off ssri,s and it is so hard.

  • is the lack of B vitamins a reason for these mental problems?

  • @MzSuperMinni although a deficiency in one or more B Vitamins is very common I wouldn't think of it as the most likely problem. I do recommend that one supplement with sublingual Methylcobalamin to get adaquate amounts of B-12 and perhaps take additional B6 to ensure that it's present to facilitate the conversion of 5-Hydroxytryptophan into serotonin.
