Come to think about it, the song is called "Crimson Elegy" on the soundtrack.

On the game's Sound Test mode, it's called Sapphire Elegy. Obviously, they were not being particularly careful when making the soundtrack. Besides, this song just sounds "sapphire" to me. I can't describe it, but it just feels like that color (I know, I'm nuts).
