What are your sources for this claim that the Allies conducted mass killings? I think you may have misconstrued the Malmedy massacre carried out by German soldiers against American POWs.
Also, it doesn't make sense: the only way to "subdue" Nazi Germany's armies was to engage them in combat, and German soldiers were under orders to attack the Allies, not surrender en masse.
Japan and Germany declared war on the US; the US didn't invade them first.
