@v4valencia1 That is a good question. It is not just 1 book, but I have read many. Most of it came from my first trainings in a company called ACN. I learned this from mentors, as well as authors like John C. Maxwell, Andrew Carnagie, and Napoleon Hill. The rest from my own personal experience.
