second time i have seen this. the sound of the drag chains makes the hairs on my neck stand on end. remindes me of old govan. great.

i was across the water on the other bank with my young colleagues from learning and access at kelvingrove art gallery and museum before, during and after the launch. it was a memorable event. none of them had ever seen a ship launched. i on the other hand had worked in the old fairfields yard (bae now) and had seen a few. still a great sight.
