hello dude and how are you this is kamran from pakistan nd i m also using nokia n900 before some days i go to internet club and connect my cell with computer after this i see virus in my cell i try to format it but i cant after this i use flasher and 2 other software in .bin file i think its emmc and firm something like that but after finish my cell is not working only 1 file show on my screen image missing of you know about that please help me i m waiting this is my yahoo id ammi115@yahoo.com

it's slow because it's running 2 os's at same time. maemo uses alot of cpu, messages are running and then windows 95, which takes about 50prosents of cpu usage.

and don't forget that this is windows 95, which is VERY old, that explains the low graphics

@Octavice oh, if you run win 3.11 and win 95 it's rather you than me who lives in a third world country ;) anyway, your nice little story does nothing to the fact that this device is a tablet/pocket computer with phone functionality, you can look for yourself on the nokiastore (it even has the same hardware as the ipad which had no multitasking capabilities at first)... besides, there is no reason to be agressive

Remember that the only reason its slow at all, is solely the cross-architecture-emulation. The phone itself is more than overpowered to run Win9x. In fact WinXP would run just fine on it, if it were compiled for the native CPU architecture.

Ture, but the old commands in DosBox don't work on the new N900 ;)

so you have to make your own way of booting the image
