I met her in Amsterdam during the Holland Festival 71 or 72 we sang Aida in Carré with Götz Friedrich and Edo de Waart and I will never forget her

Thank you for posting the Tinsley excerpts. I have very fond memories of her performances with Scottish Opera and WNO (esp, Lady Macbeth, Kostelnicka and Elektra). A truly great singer/actor with a riveting stage presence (and great fun off-stage!)
