Excellent video... if you are able to pay for your purchases made through Ebates with a credit card that rebates a percentage of your purchase you can add that to your savings at least another 1% off the total. But sometimes as much as an additional 5% It adds up. I work with Ebates and also My Points too. Vince over 1200 over three years is alot, thanks for posting this!.. Jack where is the flea market in Merriville you mentioned ?
@pixiestix55 Hi pixie - its in Gary and they are still selling in the cold, Got a nice squeeze box there yesterday - made in Italy. & it was cold. thanks for the comment-
Nixon killed good quality health care for all Americans, come up this way again sometime for a visit Jack you ought to think about relocating anyway since the way things are deteriorating down there appearing more like East Germany was during the cold war, if that happens then E-bay is finished Vince you might end up working for the State in the new USSA.
@TheSilverguy79 - your right Silver - and things are getting bad down here, its not the same America I have lived in. It seems the people let the politicians do what they want and then complain when they do. I know we have something wrong in USA and hope they fix it. I was never into politics till lately and now I watch them close and have become outspoken - I think our politician are 80% crooks and 20% liars and crooks. You can be proud of Canada your doing great up there. Jack
My spouse uses cashback here in France at Carrefour. This is for food shopping. He has to be on it like a hawk, however, and keep the receipts and keep after them. This is the only way we can stick to the same 40 dollar per week equivalent I have been on since the '80s for food for a family of two. Not supplies, food. I am in France now. He pinches a eurocent until it screams. It is tedious but I am proud of him! Uprated.
@CuteCatFaith - that is great - he sounds like a frugal person. I like the way you worded that. That is outstanding - $40 dollars a week, that is great. Tell us how you do it. thanks Jack
@PickersInc11 We had to reduce meat, quit poultry, and eat more local and seasonal stuff. I earn so little, I've had to be on this tiny budget for decades now. I have a lot of clips up on 2 YT channels and Dailymotion about my shoestring life. The supplies, that is a separate budget thing. I had to give up most cleaning products and use white vinegar instead, but it's been better for the planet.
8% tax in Indiana Vince wow that's cheap your on easy street down there, we pay 13% tax in Canada the fuel is real high but not for anything private or flea markets some antique places and pawn shops don't charge it either, and the ones that do probably just pocket the money anyway.
@TheSilverguy79 Your right we pay only 8%, but your 13% includes a well working healthcare system in Canada, right? We don't have that here in the states... -Vince
@TheSilverguy79 yea Vince is right we dont have that healthcare plan - Canada has a good one, I broke my wrist while working Windsor Raceway years ago and they were great. A friend of mine raced horses up there, standard bread, our system that is going to the High Court - stinks compared to Canada.
@norxcontacts Just checked and your right... It may come back, many of the deals and percentages change day by day. Plus they have a daily doubler which they choose to double the cashback for one store a day -Vince
