  • Not really paleo. I'm all for cheats but that is a lot of carbs, dairy and coffee.

    a while is fine..but u dont need that many lol thats over doing it..

  • Um, but ... whipping cream, cottage cheese, cheese, jelly, sunbutter, whey protein *aren't* paleo. No dairy products are considered to be paleo. Kroger apple jelly I'm pretty sure has added sugar & I know SunButter does, so neither of those are paleo. Whey is a grain, so whey protein, also isn't paleo.

    Have to admit I look the other way when it comes to my coffee, as it takes so little, but if you are cooking with it, then that food is no longer really paleo.

  • I have also made pancakes on almondmeal. But I did the almond meal myself! =) So easy. Your food looked yummie : )

  • Pull the coffee, trade a few of the burger patties for chicken breast and your good to go.
