Actually it's wearing military livery, looks to be RAF. Just because it's not in camouflage doesn't mean it isn't a C-47 (Dakota). The real test would be the cargo door on the other side.

That is a DC-3, Not a C47. DC-3 Is a passenger plane. C-47 was paratrooper...
