The windmill gundam was Neo Holland's gundam because most the country is powered by windmills. All in all G Gundam was the only gundam series spinoff i could watch and it felt unique for its time.

Not saying all fan service is bad, but it shouldn't take up the majority of the show.

It's just pandering to the lowest common denominator. If you really want that so badly, just go watch a Hentai or something.
