awesome :) i just took video from my own commute from old town to capitol hill this morning. i don't know how it turned out yet though. what trail is this? i don't think i've ever been there!
nice. i haven't been up that far yet--i pretty much stick to my commute and around dc and around old town. i have friends who live in ballston so maybe i'll ride up that way sometime!
i meant the first trail--i know the mount vernon trail extremely well coming from old town and all :)

It's the Custis Trail. Runs along 66 and Lee Highway and down to Roosevelt Island to hook up with the Mount Vernon
