theres no cospiracy in this case.Euroclear/Clearstream are an example of overdemocracy. Facts demonstrates that this companies acts like banks of the banks,are able to move finances all over the planet without leaving any trace and do that "legally".The only difference is that the only customers of this groups are only corporations and worldwide banks.
