I have a SOB and I would never use brickets or lighter fluid. Here's the right way: Buy quality lump charcoal. Make a shallow, even layer of lump coal. Put grills on lowest setting. Bring to a close. Open Again! Now the coals are pushed together and you have more room! Carefully take the grills off and add just a litle more Lumpcoal. Put grill back on LOWEST setting. Put neutral firestarter or cooking oil soaked paper in bottom and GO!
Sorry there are no sound, just sing myself. :)

A very clever design! I love the way it burns the coals!
My only concern is that I'm quite rough when I cook and I would end up rolling the sausages off the grill and into the bottom (ash) tray.
