If you steal the military helicopter and push it in one of your big garages it will stay there and you can simply run against it and push it out again.

well the wepons u can use cheats the hunter is at the military place and the tank u can use a cheat but the sea sparro u cant use cheats so just find 80 packages and thats it

If you beat the game 100% you will get 200 Health and 200 Armor if you collect armor and you will also see a frankie T-shirt that says "I beat Grand Theft Auto Vice City and all I got was this lousy T-shirt!"

If you complete all the story missions (aka beat the game) you get the helicopter anyways. The only reward from getting 100 packages would be getting them BEFORE you beat the game to use it during missions.

Getting all 100 hidden packages unlocks the Hunter military helicopter. It's a very nice vehicle that you can use for doing Vigilante missions.

You're welcome. Collecting all 100 hidden packages is way easier if you use a guide like this. If you don't you run the risk of finding like 99/100 and not knowing where the last one is.

I got a map of where the hidden packages are but it didn't help very much. It showed where it would be, but not the exact spots or if it is somewhere you can't get easy. So I came to find videos to show me exactly where. *Starts Vice City* I got the chainsaw.

I haven't created any map showing the locations of the hidden packages, but I do link to one such map (created by dark52) on my website.

As long as you've noted which hidden packages you couldn't find using the map you should be able to watch only those parts of this video guide that include those packages. I've written detailed info about this on my website, if you're interested in doing it that way.

That parking garage is located very close to the colonel Cortez yacht. Go to the entrance where you start Cortez's missions and sure so that you're looking east and you should see where the video starts. And no, you don't need a helicopter.

They look different because GTA: Vice City and GTA: Vice City Stories are two different games. They are set in the game city, Vice City, but not in they same year, so some things had changed.
