I actually first was brought into listening to DL with Retro-Active. Then Slang. The Vault, Then I bought everything from On Through The Night to Sparkling Lounge. Retro-Active is technically the B-Sides to their previous albums. Two Step Behind was featured in Last Action Hero...no comment on the movie. Slang they brought an Indie/R&B sound...not bad at all. Love It! Rock On!

If u havnt already....BUY THE RETRO ACTIVE ALBUM!!!!! it has some really kick ass 80s sounding songs on there...one of which...is from before they were called def leppard....and they redid and put on that album which was released in 1993. that song was written sometime i nthe late 70s....aweseome some (ride into the sun)

Wow. This is maybe the best post I've ever seen so far of the Lepps. They seem so natural and sound so clean and true.

That's the way I wanted to listen to them. It's hard to see DL without a lot of sound FX and high tech behind them, isn't it?

Well, I really like them anyway.

It's very hard to see this kind of material in México and as far as I know, DL has visited Monterrey city twice (I saw them live here in the 2005 fall tour)

Yes, unfortunately, due to alcohol abuse, mixed with temper and letting personal demons come to the surface, Rick did physically abuse his wife in an airport. He paid for it too, they were eventually able to continue in the relationship, but now I believe they are divorced, however not due to further abuse.
