I was researching perpetual magnet energy when I cam across @Desertphile and his videos. Man F*** that guy right in his ear! The proper way is to use a valve grinding machine and a seat grinder. But if you don't have access to the proper equipment you do what you have to. Desertphile had never overhauled an engine before. Seems to me he done a pretty good job, the engine ran.

Pure water maybe doesn't but most water on earth does as it has inpurities in it. To make Hydroxy you must have a electrolyte. Same in a battery! When gasoline boils off (evaps) it can burn! So I say it can burn. You just said it can't. It's a trick question! If the liquid bunrt it would all burn in an instant! That's it's beauty! You did not answer the first question about an engine diesels.

As for the statement, not really a trick question, it is all in the term, Gasoline is a liquid that will not burn. Only the vapors burn. To Test: take a small tin can outside with a slight breeze, fill the can clear to the top with gasoline. Light a match and throw it into the gasoline. It will go out as if it was water. Trick is the can must be full clear to the top and the breeze will blow away the vapors.

You are right, it is the impurities in the water that makes it conductive. That's why the power lines don't short out when it rains.

I will give you a little more time to think about why an engine will sometime run for a few seconds after it is turned off.

In a petrol engine, when the engine is hot glow debris allow hydrocarbons to ignite causing what is known as dieseling. In past times with carburetors they would fit fuel cut off valves known as anit-dieseling valves to prevent this. If timing was set incorrect it would happen too.

In diesel engines I am not to sure but logic dictates that residule unburnt fuel compressed with vast amouts of air and inpurities will alow the engine to run for a few seconds even when the injectors are stopped.

So, the manufactures fit air stop valve to stop air entering the combustion chambers. This stops the Diesels engines from "Dieseling" or some say running on.Sir Frank Whittles first Jet turbine engines had a tendency to run on. His first engines surged and excellerated to uncontrolable speeds without any fuel. It was found that the inlet track was to eficient allowing overunity to happen that was not controllable.New throttle valves were fitted to stop the uncontrolable speed! What caused that?

When the ignition key is turned off, timing is no longer a factor. The real reason was the idle speed was too high.

Before space there was no things at all (nothing). Thus NO (Zero) resistance! The big bang was only big in comarison to (ZERO) nothing. The follow on events led to the first star then the first supernova. So on and so forth. Our scientist only measure the post first supernova stuff. Maybe if CERN research is good, they will start to understand the beginings of the first "big bang"! A little thinggy or micro event they may call it! I like debating. With anyone, that how I learn.
