@ilectronik no this isn't famous Hope/lily the black bear. They have a facebook page (lilytheblackbear) From what I know Hope, from Lily the black bear, wasn't ever in a barn.
@SaveTheBearsCampaign that and they are around people way more then the other bears.. other bears will try to avoid people black bears like getting the food that people leave around there home.. thats why most attacks happen.. bears lose fear of people starts to starve ect then people might be food or if theres a cub.. that and alot of people get way to close to bears Ive seen people walk up to a full grown wild bear take a picture from 3 ft away then walk away..
I love Lily!! I watch it again and again enjoying that wonderful sound that she makes! What a treasure a bear is! Let's keep bear habitats safe for bears so that they may thrive and raise more cute cubs. Bears are really loving sweet creatures if they're left alone and not threatened by Man.

Black bears are the gentlest type of bear. They are not 'vicious' and 'agressive'. Over 89% of black bear attacks are down to fear.
They're lovely creatures.
