i don't really like this adapter. It makes distorts the bokeh so it's like it's curved around a circle. :(

I think the plain hv30 lens looks better than a distorted 35mm one.

Is the zoom fixed, or can you zoom out fully to a similar FOV that the camcorder has?

you can put zoom lens on 35mm adapters but if you are going to the trouble of one buy a few different prime lens. I have 50mm and 135mm plus a 80-200mm but the zoom lens is worse quality.

several reasons. The main being primes are set to perform better at one Focal length. You can have one thing that does a job great or something that does loads of jobs ok.

so, tell me more about the hv30 camera. I plan to get one since it's cheaper. Plus, I figured it would save more money than a regular price camera. I was recommend to use letus adapter but for prices purposes I was told to try about the 35pro, which is cheap. Could you please give me or fill with any advice on the hv30 camera, please? I also want to know if it comes with sound or would I need to do that separate? Thank you.

IMO There isn't any difference. The only small difference is when I brought the TwoneilHD it didn't come with the TwoneilPlus, which elminates vignetting that you noticed. But its a easy problem to fix. I'm waiting for my macro lens and extra tubing to com so I can fix that problem.

Also if you thinking about buying the brevis I would recommend looking at the RNG35, Lextus mini, Redrock, Jag35, SG Pro.

It took about 30 days for it to come, his adaptor is so popular as soon as they are made, they are sold out. But it was worth the wait!
