ok i looked at a video that said the best flogger dance ever and it was definitley NOT this dance. it was just like a mixture of dances and out of all of them none did this dance of joe where they go forward. they went it a circle once while doing like an irish jig thing. so no this is no flogger dance. it is officially joe's dance. it was amusing to watch that flogger dance video though. i got a laugh out of it at least.
i always loved that dance...i tried doing it once and failed miserably...then i decided, let's just leave joe to do it so awesomely...and he always does!! (:
