It's almost impossible..well..it is impossible to top a Lennon Vocal..but this is a very good effort....reminds me of someone from that era ...can't put my figure on it...a bit like the Moody Blues if they covered Norwegian Wood.

Thanks for this Christmas gift! You sang it with the same mysterious expectation of love requited... as it was originally intended. We are left to wonder what each person in the song expected from the other. Perhaps the flames of love or lust prevailed so strongly they were both forced away from the heat of the moment. And this is the essence of the fire that was lit...she respected herself and he respected her... all in a light-hearted manner! This type of respect is not often found today...
