Hezbollah allied with the PLO in the war of the camps against AMAL, In return the PLO offered positions, equipment and some of the remaining vehicles to Abbas Mousawi.
PLO made huge mistakes yes, However that still doesn't change anything. Liberating the occupied lands is still a priority over everything else.
