Those operating aren't designed for ARM processors, so no. Windows CE or Windows Phone might work though.

@willfullcookie Windows 95 works in Pandora on dosbox, but it's too slow for anything useful

Does this also now support bluetooth DUN, that for example Nokia phones use? It should all be in-built in the upstream packages, but it's a different case whether they're in the Pandora OS build or not.

@jonathanrpritchard yes, it works almost nicely, but still no GUI unfortunately, you just have to mess with wvdial or rfcomm etc, then you get what you need
