  • Bernanke's failures at the Federal Reserve, both as chairman since '06 and as a governor since '02 have, in his own words, brought us to the "brink of a second Great Depression." Thank you Senator Cantwell for standing up against this disastrous reappointment!

  • WaMu was sacrificed. It was left off the no short list (that included non-banks like GE and GM) and gifted to JPMorgan through FDIC seizure, even though WaMu was well-capitalized and could survive through 2010 (without TARP). 2:08 Thank you for mentioning this injustice, Senator Cantwell.
