Its not an alien craft, its probably a meteor before it can hit the earths atmosphere. Thats why it isn't illuminated. So it is a UFO in the sense that it wasn't identified. :-)

Why do people assume that just above the Earths atmosphere it is full of debris? If this was the case it would be too dangerous to have any kind of shuttle up there, a piece of debris the size of a golf ball would tear through the stations and cause major damage due to the speed they travel at. Think about it.
