i dont think you need any surgery no one doese what people fail too

understand you gain it back if your right back too the old eatting habbits

not being rude but your family looks too be over weight the little kids are

going too end up with major health issues, try changing too organic all natural

eat no more then 1,3000 calories a day, you need too do cardio too lose and

good eating habbits witch im looking at poor judging by the size of your family weight, with that said best of luck
