Until Blacks of all classes become more entreprenural and financially savvy Blacks will continue to be over represented with poverty. Too many Blacks of all classes look to government aid as the primary solution to poverty. The gov't can't redistribute all poor Blacks out of poverty. Lets make sure that more Black kids are considering self-employment as an option. We need more Black owned businsses in Black neighborhoods.

Unless that context is addressed the family isn't going to be anything but a manifestation of that context.
