Looks like a golden eagle taking down a small deer. It's not really all that huge if you look at its size in relation to the plants. Eagles do have a very long wingspan. Would be nice if the focus was better. Why is it no one can seem to take a focused shot when something is in question?

Well, not a white tail deer faun cause it has no spots, if you didn't even know this then clearly you can't say definitely not a jack rabbit.

Jack rabbit here in central Canada are the size of small dogs. I still say it's a jackrabbit but it is hard to tell from the video, either way we can both agree that the hawk in question is regular size, although perhaps a golden eagle and not a hawk.

The video is of a falconer hunting jackrabbit with his hawk, you can clearly see it's a jackrabbit once the hawk flips him over and the rabbit stands back up, also the white on the bottom of the back feet lead to that.

it's a common bird of prey however which one is not clear because of the poor video quality. The deer could be quite small. In south Texas some deer are so small they are the size of a large dog. So that isn't that surprising when one realizes that birds of prey can break a man's arm with their talons. Very interesting video! Well done! Rare to see them do this.
