Well. I can't see a reason why ,,aging population'' couldn't apply many elements from these lectures. I think using things on physical and cognitive level as meditation or understanding the power of gratitiude for example can be used no matter what age you are. And there is many, many other things that we simply need a reminder of to dig out what's already within us.
Although there is no arguing with much of what he says, and he is an excellent lecturer; this is obviously aimed at and for young adults. I hope, in the future, positive psychology also addresses the needs of an aging population, the baby-boom generation and older.
