@ztslovebird i think in the comics his name is robert bruce banner, but he goes by Bruce. In the original tv series, he was named David Bruce Banner, and went by David. CBS didn't like the name Bruce, so the only time you notice the Bruce in the middle in the original series is on his gravestone at the end of the pilot.
