Disassembling: Xbox 360 Faceplate (Ring of Light Button)

So how do you remove the clear part on the ring of light button so that you can paint it without painting over the clear part?

Without the solder it's a pain in the ass to get the button off

@GuitarCaliburx I just got needle nose pliers and tore the circles off,it worked great,and took all of two minutes.

Just use a little bit of glue to put it back on, it's not that hard.

its easiest to pop it off from the USB flap. put your index finger in the flap and press from the top and bottom and pop it out
