It sounds better but... What did you do? It sounds like you mixed it a bit, gave it more mids and bass... could just be my speakers though... I like it none the less!

Yes; it's been run through a filter to remove the "tinny" sound associated with GBA music, as well as giving it a slight bass boost. Hopefully these "enhanced versions" represent something close to what the original might have sounded like outside of a GBA.
