The democrats are willing to accept the bill without reading it because it was written by a democrat and they trust their party. Did you have different forefathers? Mine told me not to trust government. Article 10 in the Bill of Rights states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." They don't have the athourity to do this.

Democrats think they're geniuses by saying no we're not specifically including illegals, but the patients can't be asked for proof of citizenship (or green card). Since we're in such a debt hole, you would think Democrats would take one step at a time, and say this new universal health care will only cover citizens and legal immigrants, due to cost restraints.

Our government is not interested in improving health care, only in controlling it. They will not improve it, nor will they reduce cost. If our economy was working as it should, we could afford our own ins., we already have the best "care" in the world. Some regulation to address particular problems such as cost, denial of coverage, and the malpractice abuse. Our leaders are not interested in doing what's right for a free society, they want to get more involved in our lives. WAKE UP AMERICA!
