In a hurry? get 1 orange,1 banana 1-2 tsp coconut oil, a little H2o to help the fruits mix (milk if you want, but h2o is fine;no calories in H2o) nice smoothie. I make this b4 work out.add as many fruits as u wish, but this does the job. sometimes I add coffee for energy, but it takes away the tropical taste. good luck. no need 2 starve. body will realize it & will not let u lose
You can have all the fruit and veggies (raw) you want. Don't starve yourself. Look up the raw food diet and get off processed foods and dairy. You don't have to starve.
The most important thing you can do for your health is avoid carbohydrates including sugar, bread, rice, potatoe, cereals, grains, and all sweets. Avoid high fructose corn syrup which is in most processed foods. So eat organic coconut oil, meats, (especially grass fed), eggs, and vegetables, but not starchy vegetables. Avoid a lot of fruit because of the fructose. If you do this, you'll lose weight and avoid many diseases of western civilization, like diabetes and hear disease.
@zabdula whole grains have GOOD carbs. Wild rice, and even white rice, also has GOOD carbs. Cereal and bread is not good. And sugar does cause inflammation, but most fruit is healthy for you. Look up the garden of eden food pyramid.
@supahfreeak They have some vitamins and fiber is good to bulk your stool and help with digestion, but a carb is a carb and there are no "good carbs". The body breaks them al down to glucose, which then stimulates the insulin response. Insulin stores glucose as fat and prevents the burning of fat. There are good fats, but no good carbs.
@zabdula The statement "a carb is a carb" is extremely incorrect. Carbs are not evil. Whole grains and wheat they are GOOD for you. Some of them are actually superfoods and protect against disease. Do your research. Foods like wheat cause a very gentle insulin response, radically different to that of white bread or french fries. Have you heard about the glycemic index? Complex and simple carbs?

Try making a smoothie w/ the coconut oil. put a banana,ice,water or juice,yogurt and some frozen fruit in a blender and add a tbs. of coconut oil, i've found this is a very yummy way to eat the coconut oil :) gd luck!
Hi Agoatandherkid, I recommend that you try something I discovered about 2 yrs ago. The Joy of lactose free milk, such as Lactaid. Lactaid is also not from cows treated with rBST. It is so much more creamy than regular milk, so going down to 1% is not so bad. It is more expensive, but worth it.
funny video, your husband had me rolling. Yeah, I stay away from milk I drink Almond milk only. I love it. Blue Diamond, it takes a while to get use to but no more gas or bloating or problems with your belly. Which I didn't realize until after I stopped drinking milk.. good luck to you on your journey
hi love you are very sweet but you should not starve yourself you should go on a low crab diet and do a good 2 hours of exercise a day and you will feel a lot better and loose weight faster that is what i did and i lost 1/2 of my body weight good luck

@RYAN071180 the mucous part is true, but it can be minimized by drinking a lot of water I ahve switch to soy and but trying to get whole family off, but I do drink the milk that pledge not to have hormones l and other BGF ( growth hormones for cows to make them huge and over weight) .
