I know that JD Summer was one of the few people who accepted Michael English back into gospel music with Christian love and understanding. It is great to see them singing together. Michael has become more "blusy" and it sounds great in this song.

I had the honor of meeting J.D. and the Stamps in 1967 Or'68 in Crossett, AR. I realy enjoy the music. In my book J.D. Sumner is the greatest bass sanger in the world. but the rest are great too.

I agree. J.D> was much more prolific with his Vocal Abilities as he got older. Perfect control- breathing, pitch, tune and ease he LIFTED his voice to God. J.D., Jake and Vestal with the Angel Band are surely having the blow-out like we can only image...just inside the Eastern Gate.
