If the woman actually cared about her child, she would WAIT until she is married to someone who wants kids, and the decision to have children is mutual. Since fraternal twins have different genetic codes, its possible for them to have different fathers.
In the case of identical twins, by definition, they can't have different fathers as they have the same genetic codes. In other words, they can only have one father.
