hi, can you help me, anyone i ask just laughs and calls me stupid for not being able to do it but when ever i try to make fried rice it always turns to a mushy mess, it dosent matter how long i fry it for or even if i dont add the egg it just never goes right, what am i doing wrong? i usually use freash boiled rice as i never have the fore thought to cook it the day before is this it? thanks for the help :-)

@UnawareChicken maybe you are cooking the rice to much. 2 to 1 ratio (2 parts water 1 part rice) if its overcook use less water.
