For my state at least, I think for security purposes they no longer release the long version.

Couldnt the certificate he has produced be compared to one from the same hospital in the same month as his birth to see if they are similar? There may be a valid reason for not producing it but it should be routine to produce it prior to announcing your candidacy so it could be worked out ahead of time. Check the official web site for Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital and according to the information there, the name of the hospital at the time of his birth should have been Kauikeolani Children's Hospital. According to the web site the name didn't change to Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until Kauikeolani Children's Hospital merged with Kapi‘olani Maternity Home in 1978. So how could his official long form birth certificate that was generated in 1961 have the 1978 info.

The certificate is dated April 25, 2011 because that's the date the certified copy was released by the health department. Go to the health department on your planet and get a copy of yours. See what date is stamped at the bottom. It is a notarized copy of the original certificate. Certificate of live birth is on the top, because that's what it is! There are also certificates for stillbirths. My daughters birth certificates both say "certificate of live birth".

MOST certificates say "Live Birth" vs. "Certificate of Still Birth". After 20 weeks, a baby is considered 'born' and not miscarried and the paperwork reflects that. Also, some embossed seals simply don't show up when the document is converted to digital. Some may not even have them. I believe HI doesn't even have them.

There is a Doctor's signature, look in the signature block. Of course the date says April 25th 2011, if you read what the stamped signature says it says it is a certified COPY. The state wouldn't take his actual birth certificate out and give it to Obama, they would make a copy of the original. Matter of fact, when I requested my Birth Certificate Ohio only provided me the short form, however my mother has a copy of my original long form certificate.
For my state at least, I think for security purposes they no longer release the long version.

The shadow at the top left of the "document" where it looks like the bent corner is just that. It is the EDGE of the scanner window ( the glass). So how does it show image of the green un-scanable background PAST THE EDGE of the scanner? Why wouldn't it show the desk or table? And on ALL sides? It's obviously NOT a real scan.

Birth certificates look different for different years and hospitals. Couldnt the certificate he has produced be compared to one from the same hospital in the same month as his birth to see if they are similar? There may be a valid reason for not producing it but it should be routine to produce it prior to announcing your candidacy so it could be worked out ahead of time. We cant vote without proof of having registered to vote, yet we can run for president without an unquestionable BC? Crazy!

Check the official web site for Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital and according to the information there, the name of the hospital at the time of his birth should have been Kauikeolani Children's Hospital. According to the web site the name didn't change to Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until Kauikeolani Children's Hospital merged with Kapi‘olani Maternity Home in 1978. It's been stated that the hospital had it's "Business Name" vs. the name it was known by in the community. The certificate is dated April 25, 2011 because that's the date the certified copy was released by the health department. Go to the health department on your planet and get a copy of yours. See what date is stamped at the bottom. It is a notarized copy of the original certificate. Certificate of live birth is on the top, because that's what it is! There are also certificates for stillbirths. My daughters birth certificates both say "certificate of live birth".

The kid's got it right. It is a fake, he's just got a bad way of explaining things. It is a confirmed forgery through digital imaging. Simply open this .pdf file with Adobe Illustrator version 6 or higher, and you will be looking at the unmerged image of this lousy work. You will see masking, and overlay texting on different layers. MOST certificates say "Live Birth" vs. "Certificate of Still Birth". After 20 weeks, a baby is considered 'born' and not miscarried and the paperwork reflects that. Also, some embossed seals simply don't show up when the document is converted to digital. Some may not even have them. I believe HI doesn't even have them.

So, while this MAY or MAY NOT be a vaild BC, the points being used to discredit it aren't valid.

Dude...EVERY birth certificate in Hawaii went digital...so if anyone wants a copy of the original...it HAS to be printed and then stamped and signed for authenticity by a state registrar. "I certify this is a TRUE COPY OR ABSTRACT OF THE RECORD ON FILE in the Hawaii State Department of Health" Dude...that's as official as you can get in Hawaii...period. And since Obama was born alive (not a stillborn), the word "Live" is inserted in the title making it a "Certificate of Live Birth."

There is a Doctor's signature, look in the signature block. Of course the date says April 25th 2011, if you read what the stamped signature says it says it is a certified COPY. The state wouldn't take his actual birth certificate out and give it to Obama, they would make a copy of the original. Just like what would happen if anyone else went and asked for a copy of their original birth certificate. I also don't understand what your concern is with the title. That is what that form is called....
