I can't lie; i used to be a big girl. i had every excuse in the book from slow metabolism and that bullshit. one day i decided to get off my big ass and work out. i lost 50 pounds in a year. and i did it for myself. i didn't do it to get more attention from guys; i did it for my health and my sense of self. honestly it is possible to lose weight. it just requires dedication. It doesnt always mean if a person is slim, they are healthy, that person can eat alot of junk food and have a fast metabolism, thus being slim doesnt always mean they are healthy, it all depends on the person's metabolism.
