ALL people, when they are born, are virgins. In essence, they are pure, free of sin, etc. In heaven there will be many beautiful things, and God will make "the virgins" you are referring to, as our companions. Not in the perverse sense you have made to be.

Muslims prefer using the word Allah rather tha the english word 'God' for many reasons. The word God can be played around with, you can add a ess to God, making it Godess (female God). @RnJulo In arabic if you add a negative such as "Laa" which means no, it adds stress to the sentence. Its a rule of arabic grammar and does not exist in english, so thats probably why you where confused.
