  • I had the same problem. Your arms. Whip them across your chest instead of over your head. Practicing walkarounds help hella lot with that. Do you have halos? I know its a pain in the ass but good windmills and halos help ALOT. Flares will help you keep your hips in the air too but I really dont think thats an issue for you. Keep it up you're mad inspiring!

    and practice rotating your pike freezes

  • 0:49 - 0:55 were the best ones technicaly, that's the form u should practice, and with a little more speed and leg split...thats how the motion should be, from down to up in a circular motion

  • hey all you need to do is hop away from where you swing from... if you stay at the same place, you will have a lot of weight to deal with when you land and of course crumble down like that. If you throw yourself far away. the weight is being transfered to the side instead of down...so when you land you got no weight to deal with. This is very important for airflare. peace

  • hey adrenaline watch the bruce lee slow airtracks video and u will see what i mean you got the same hip technique you can turn right up but like i say swing the power leg up hard lay the body out and u will create airtime then reach to the side and you will catch dont hop it doesnt help with technique and why people keep saying hop i dont no why because its not a hop its an illusion its actually a scoop motion.

  • wtf u know what girl u can do this trust me u got one of the main keys locked you can turn your hips right up and stay on your hand for long thats important.listen dont try and hop over your head there not worth doing reach off to the side and swing that kicking leg hard and high to the sky and you will feel your hips pull up then lay your body out flat and you will catch on landing get that right and your ready for multipulls.

  • Dope.. you have your legs and hips down, the thing is that you arent traveling with your arms. looks like you're trying to catch at almost the same spot.. your arms are supposed to travel a bit, almost like an inverted cartwheel, or rainbow if you know. keep up the good work!
