The song was written by a female student from Xavier High School located in Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia for the school's official band called Xavier Pride. This song was on their 3rd album entitled "Revolution" and sometimes referred to as "XPIII" The song is dedicated to a student and fellow classmate of the song writer who took his own life during the summer after their sophomore year in Xavier High.

@kayzis It was called 'island of thieves' back in like the 1400's when it was discovered because of a misunderstanding by the visitors, the way they traded back then was to board a ship, give food and water, and if the gifts were accepted then you were allowed to take something else back. The visitors didn't understand this and thought the chamorros were stealing. Just something to add to your haughty 'I think I know more about guam than you guys" book, LMAO..

Thus, wrote the song about a Marshallese classmate who had passed over the summer of their freshman year (or maybe soph year). It is included in Xavier Pride (XPIII) Album entitled Revolution and is sung by Randy (class of '04). There's a better version coming soon.
