  • this is Arthur Fields singing in this version.

  • LOL

  • OMG dr. house :0 :D

  • from which episode is this?

  • @11213michael Not sure - but it was filmed in Sidmouth, Devon, and the song was written (I believe) by the brilliant Leslie Sarony .

  • @nomad1234 Thanks! :)

  • @Phroggystyle Yep. and does he not look better now (in his mid-aged skin)??

  • I was drinking coca-cola, when the last scene came up... I nearly choked. xDDD

  • Bertie is so pleased with himself at 1:15 xD

  • is this gussie finknuckle? havnt seen this fab series in years although i have the full set on both vid and dvd. just fab.

  • Whoever designed the costumes for this series should have gotten an award,

  • I wish you could still go around dressed to the nines at all times without seeming weird. lol.

  • 1:15-1:17 hahahaha

    that was totally unexpected!!!

  • "shush-shush, now-now, come-come."

LOL, I'm in clover hearing this, marvellous.

  • Spiffing! What a corker! Thanks for the great song & visuals.

  • may i know the name of this song?

  • I lift up my finger and I say Tweet Tweet

  • oh thanks!

  • Cheers me up every time, this video.

  • I like this feels like a segment from a Disney Sing Along video.

  • The majority of the footage in this video comes from "Jeeves and Wooster" - Series 2, Episode 3 - "Pearls Mean Tears" --- In my mind, one of the funniest episodes in the entire show.

  • sutch a gentleman :)

  • I love this video

  • hugh laurie <3

    hes soo adorable

  • i search tweet tweet for twitter

  • haha i think you're not the only one ;)

  • That's because it is...

  • hahaha awesome!!!!!!!!!

  • LMFAO I found these comments hilarious XD

  • Actually, the man playing the piano is a younger Hugh Laurie, the actor who plays House.

  • It is. The pianist is Hugh Laurie, who played both Bertie Wooster and Dr. House.

  • What chapter is 0:37?

    Thank you so much...

  • that is series 3 , Episode 4: Bertie Takes Gussie's Place at Deverill Hall (or, Right Ho! Jeeves) if im not mistaken.

  • whats this song called?

  • 'I Lift Up My Finger And Say "Tweet Tweet"'

by Leslie Sarony, 1929. Very fashionable in Bertie's day, I daresay.

  • It's Hugh f'ing Laurie, not House.

  • YOUU!!! ITS HUGH BLOODY LAURIE!!! OUT OF THE ROOM!! (Blackadder mistakes)

  • BlackadderQ13: The deceased, I mean... the defendant Bahhhhh

  • @BlackadderQ13

LOL. Nice name. I remember that.

  • he said it's "the guy from House", not that it IS House. Not a major sin!

  • It is if you're a fan of Hugh Laurie.

  • Do you have the whole song?

  • I don´t get, why the other guy is looking that stupid.

  • He's Gussy! That's what he does!

  • Its good, But A bit of fry and laurie is better☺☻☺

  • Different genre.

If you are not an avid reader of Wodehouse, you will not like Jeeves and Wooster.

  • I agree :)) But if you ARE, it´s like a 45 minutes of constant eating of chocolate. Well, at least for me.

  • Yup :)

I love Gussie's dying fish expression.

  • They turned him into a newt!

    ...but he got better :)

  • a witch!!

  • @XBGJDKE

As much as I love monty python quotes...... wheres the relevance here? Or is there any?

  • That deeper voice (the one that sounds like it's on a record) wouldn't happen to belong to Stephen Fry, would it? I don't think he ever sings -- he speaks along to music but I've never ever heard him sing.

  • Stephen Fry says it of himself, as will others, that he can't carry a tune. Though, I would like to know who it is singing in that copy, myself!

  • I'm not really sure, but as for me it's Max Raabe & das Palast Orchester. But, as I said - I'm not sure.)

  • Sweet, Hugh Laurie during the pre-House days. Makes me want to go out and pick up some Black Adder.

  • LOVE IT! Bring me more Wooster!!!!

  • Excellent splicing between the original recording and Bertie singing it!

    Love it ^^

  • What a catchy tune! I can't stop listening... Love it ^^

  • What a cheerful song! I must know who it was preformed by! I love this show! I look forward to watching every week!

  • Too funny!!!!

  • That's my attitude!!!!

  • Now that was a spot on the brillent side, wasn't it?

  • jolly good!

  • Haha, BRILLIANT!

  • Love it~!

  • Far Far too short! Lovely.

  • I don't know who wrote it, but this version is by Fred Hall and his Sugar Babies 1929

  • Who did this song originally?

  • Great Work!

  • Cool!

  • That was really cute the way you matched the original recording with Hugh's singing. Well done!

  • your the bees knees!!!! thank , great keep it up!!!

  • AMAZING!

How the hell did the recording go so perfectly with Bertie's playing?

    This is wonderful.
