it's not funny at all. it's within the scope of the assumption to those who supervise examinations, like entrance examination or certification examination, takers here in japan. before the exam begins, even if just one superviser does that, he says you all must not or please do not stand up in a few minutes just after timeup until he finishes counting the sheet number in the room.
